Cashmans is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. We recommend removing any protective wrapping to fully inspect the product before the driver leaves. If any damage occurred during transit, document the damages on the delivery receipt in detail and have it signed by the driver. Send a copy to Cashmans via text or email so we can file a damage claim. If possible, please photograph the damaged product on the truck and off the truck for the claim.
